Who We Are

A mid-market boutique investment banking firm focused on transaction advisory solutions related to fund-raising, acquisitions, buyouts and divestitures, and angel/venture investing. We also offer financial advisory services related to offshored virtual compliance, accounting, audit and tax activities (VCAAT); protecting your wealth, and business development advisory services through our access and market reach.

Panini Advisors was founded in late 2016 / early 2017 by Ketan J Shah (KS) to provide bespoke financial / strategic advisory services for Indian businesses. KS is a career Investment Banker with over 25 years of experience across seven cross cultural platforms. He sensed a huge opportunity in smaller and medium scale businesses in India, the longer cycle times, and nimble footedness required therein;  that was not feasible in bulge investment banks. KS last held the position of country head of Investment banking at a Japanese House, Daiwa. The Panini team comprises seasoned investment bankers with over 50 years and over 200 transactions of cumulative experience. They are supported by a pool of resources on a transaction-specific basis. Panini Team has consummated a wide range of transactions across private equity funding, venture funding, cross border M&A, strategic and PE exits, family office investments of a range of INR 120Mn to INR 5000Mn, and is currently engaged in advising 20+ opportunities at different stages of evolution.
